How Shipping Works

From your request to final delivery — what happens at each step, and what you will see when you track your shipment.

Our Process

The Shipping Process, Step by Step

Every shipment follows the same eight steps. Each one matches a status you will see on the tracking page.

  1. Step 01

    Request a Shipment

Request a quote or book with our team. Once the service, route and details are confirmed, your shipment is registered and receives its tracking number.

    Tracking status: Shipment Created

  2. Step 02

    Processing & Preparation

We check the paperwork and prepare your shipment for transport, and schedule the pickup with you.

  3. Step 03

    Pickup

Your cargo is collected from your address, or received when you drop it off at one of our facilities.

  4. Step 04

    In Transit

Your shipment moves through our network by road, air or sea. Each recorded stop appears in the tracking history.

  5. Step 05

    Customs Clearance

International shipments are reviewed by customs in the destination country. We coordinate the documentation and clearance.

About tracking updates

Tracking shows the latest recorded event for your shipment — it is not live GPS. The “Last updated” time tells you when the most recent event was recorded.

Packaging Guidance

Good packaging protects your goods and keeps your shipment moving without delays.

  • Use a sturdy box, crate or pallet suited to the weight of the contents.
  • Cushion fragile items and fill empty space so nothing moves inside.
  • Seal all seams with strong packing tape.
  • Remove or cover old labels and barcodes.
  • Put a copy of the delivery address inside the package.
  • Ask us before shipping heavy, fragile, high-value or temperature-sensitive goods.

Customs & International Shipments

International shipments must clear customs in the destination country. Accurate paperwork — a clear description of the contents, their value, and the sender and recipient details — helps avoid delays.

Duties and taxes, where applicable, depend on the destination country and the goods shipped. Our team coordinates customs documentation and clearance; see Customs Clearance for details.
