Enter your tracking number on the Tracking page or in the tracking box on our home page. You will see the current status, the last recorded location, the estimated delivery date and the full tracking history. No account is needed.

Tracking shows the latest recorded event for your shipment — it is not live GPS. During long transport legs there can be several hours or days between updates. The "Last updated" time shows when the latest event was recorded.

Check that you entered the full number without spaces. If it still cannot be found, the shipment may not have been registered yet — contact us with your shipment reference.

Yes. We arrange shipping between Canada, North America and international destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

We coordinate customs documentation and clearance for international shipments. Duties and taxes, where applicable, depend on the destination country and the goods shipped.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the tracking history will show "Delivery Attempted" and we will arrange another attempt or contact you.
